  Cause: The valve does not close properly on one of the internal passages, and both circuits are interconnected.

  Check the condition of the gaskets and the internal seat before deciding to replace the body.

  There is a moisture or dripping ring just below the gas valve, in the area of the three outlets.

  Cause: The O-rings in the body lose tightness due to use and the pressure of the circuit.

  Tighten the nearby clamps and fittings before replacing the entire unit: sometimes the leak comes from there and not from the part itself.

  The heating works well, but the hot water from the tap does not reach, or vice versa.

  Cause: The internal passage of the body is partially closed and does not allow the full flow to pass through that circuit.

  Check that the actuator connected to this body moves the rod freely before replacing just the body.
