Fime Smoke Extractor for Ferroli Divatop Low NOx F24 Ref. 39817550
Smoke extractor (fan) for Ferroli boilers from the Divatop, Domicompact, Domiproject, Domitech, Divatech, and Essential ranges, in F24 Low NOx version. It expels combustion gases to the outside of the home. Manufactured by Fime (model GR03370 according to the part label). Replacement requires first confirming the fault of the part through technical diagnosis, even when it fails to start, makes unusual noise, or the boiler locks out due to ventilation failure.

Can't see your model or have questions? The printed reference takes precedence. How to check it · Send us a photo via WhatsApp.
How to check if the part number 39817550 is the one for your boiler.
The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 39817550. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms that require diagnosis in the extractor 39817550
The extractor evacuates the combustion gases with forced draft. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not ignite or has difficulty starting.
Cause: The extractor motor is stuck or has trouble reaching the necessary speed, which is common due to the accumulation of soot on the shaft.
With the boiler turned off and unplugged, try to turn the turbine by hand; if you feel any friction or stiffness, the motor needs servicing.
- 02
Strange noise or vibration when the extractor is running.
Cause: Worn bearings or dirty and unbalanced turbine.
Clean the soot turbine before replacing the part; in Low NOx boilers, it is normal to have more dirt due to the type of combustion.
- 03
The boiler is locking out due to ventilation or flue gas extraction issues.
Cause: The extractor does not reach the minimum speed that the air pressure switch requires to allow ignition.
Check that the flue duct to the outside is not blocked and that the pressure sensing tubes to the pressure switch are properly connected.
- 04
There is a smell of burning or the fumes are not venting properly to the outside.
Cause: The extractor does not generate enough draft to properly evacuate the combustion gases.
Do not use the boiler in this condition; check the flue gas outlet outside and ventilate the area before continuing with the diagnosis.
Ferroli fault codes that require diagnosis
| Code | Fault | Technical checks |
|---|---|---|
| F05 | Fan anomaly. | The flue extractor (Fime 39817550) does not start or does not deliver the correct signal/voltage, so the electronics detect a fan fault; check 230 V and tachometer signal at its connectors and ensure the impeller spins freely. |
| F20 | Combustion control anomaly. | A faulty fan/extractor reduces or alters the airflow and causes poor combustion, triggering F20; check the fan and its wiring, and rule out obstructions in the flue. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
