Filling Key for Genus 27 Bffi Boiler - Ref. 571445
When you open the tap of the Genus 27 Bffi boiler, the filling valve allows water to replenish the heating circuit to maintain the proper pressure. If this part fails, you will notice that you cannot refill the circuit or that there is a continuous water leak, which causes an increase in pressure. It is compatible with other models in the Genus range, as well as some from Microgenus, Modula, and Selecta. It should be replaced when it shows leaks or prevents the circuit from being filled.

How to check if ref. 571445 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 571445. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the filling valve 571445 resolves.
The filling valve allows water to refill the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The faucet drips constantly, even with the handle fully closed.
Cause: The sealing gasket is worn out and does not stop the flow of water.
Close the control valve fully, without forcing it, and wait a couple of minutes: if it continues to drip, the gasket is worn out.
- 02
When opening the valve to recharge pressure, the pressure gauge barely moves.
Cause: The internal mechanism may be blocked by limescale, which is common after years of use.
Check that the mains water inlet valve is open and that there is pressure in the system.
- 03
The knob is very hard to turn, or it turns but feels loose, without a clear stop.
Cause: The internal stem is seized, or the mechanism has lost its normal range due to wear or lime.
Do not force the control: if it does not find a firm stop when closing, the problem is the valve, not the pressure of the installation.
- 04
Moisture or dripping appears in the area where the valve connects to the pipe, not on the handle.
Cause: The gasket of the thread or the body of the valve has started to crack.
Dry the area thoroughly and observe for 5-10 minutes: if moisture reappears near the thread and not on the adjacent fitting, it's the valve.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
