    When opening the hot water tap, the boiler does not start the burner and the water comes out cold.

    Cause: The flow switch does not detect the flow of water and does not send the ignition signal for the domestic hot water.

    Open the tap to high flow for a few seconds and check if the LED indicator of the flow switch lights up before replacing it.

    The water comes out hot in heating but never from the bathroom or kitchen faucet.

    Cause: The fault is in the domestic hot water circuit, as the flow switch is what activates that mode, while heating does not depend on it.

    Check the pressure and flow of the tap: with low mains pressure, the flow switch may not activate even if it is in good condition.

    The LED indicator of the flow switch does not light up even though water is flowing through the pipe.

    Cause: The spring or the internal magnet of the flow switch does not move enough to close the magnetic contact.

    Check that the cold water inlet filter is not dirty or calcified, as this reduces the flow rate and may prevent the pressure switch from activating.

    The hot water startup is irregular: sometimes it heats and sometimes it doesn't, depending on how hard the tap is opened.

    Cause: A pressure switch with a weakened spring requires more flow than usual to activate the contact.

    Open the tap to maximum flow and check if it starts like that; if it improves significantly, point to a sluggish flow switch before considering another cause.
