Flow Sensor Ariston Pigma NOx 24 FF Ref. 65110933
If no hot water comes out when you turn on the tap, you may need the Ariston Pigma NOX 24 FF Flow Sensor Ref. 65110933. This flow switch detects the flow of water and activates the ignition for the production of domestic hot water. When it fails, hot water does not activate even though the tap is open. It is compatible with Ariston Egis Nox boilers, such as the Egis Nox 24 FF and 28 FF models, as well as Chaffoteaux Pigma Nox, including Pigma Nox 24 FF and 28 FF, among others. It is recommended to replace it when these symptoms occur.

How to check if the ref. 65110933 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 65110933. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the flow meter 65110933 resolves.
The flow meter detects the passage of water to activate the domestic hot water. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
When opening the hot water, nothing happens: no ignition attempt or burner noise.
Cause: The flow detector does not send a signal because it does not detect water flow, and the boiler does not activate the system.
Check the actual flow rate by opening the tap to the maximum; if it does not start with a high flow rate, the detector may be faulty.
- 02
The hot water comes out fine for a while and then becomes lukewarm for no apparent reason.
Cause: The sensor may be worn out and not measure the flow correctly, causing the boiler to reduce its power.
Check if the problem occurs when using another faucet at the same time, as this may lower the pressure and affect performance.
- 03
The fault with the domestic hot water always coincides with the peak consumption hours in the area.
Cause: If the network pressure is low, the detector may not reach the minimum flow rate required to ignite the burner.
Measure the cold water inlet pressure during the fault hours; if it is noticeably low, the problem may be in the supply network.
- 04
The boiler detects the water sometimes yes and sometimes no, with the same tap and the same apparent flow rate.
Cause: A worn detector may not be consistent and may not close the contact at the same flow rate every time.
Repeat the test of opening the tap several times in a row; if the results are inconsistent, the detector is more likely to be faulty.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
