Injector Rail Manaut GME 24

Stock · 7 units

The Manaut GME 24 boilers use the injector ramp, which is responsible for mixing air and gas, maintaining the flame that heats the heat exchanger. If this part fails, you may notice difficult ignitions, an irregular flame, strange noises, or lockouts due to flame failure. It is installed in models from the Manaut range, such as the GME 24, among others. It is advisable to replace it if you experience any of these symptoms.

Guide

How to check if it is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the burner resolves

The burner performs the combustion of gas. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The flame is yellow or orange instead of blue, and sometimes it has soot.

Cause: The injectors of the rail dose gas to each burner; if they are dirty or worn, the mixture with air is not correct.

Disassemble the ramp and check the holes against the light; if they are blackened or blocked, clean them before replacing it.

  • 02

Some burners do not ignite or take time to start, with a small bang or "puff".

Cause: If one or more holes in the manifold are blocked, those burners receive little or no gas and ignite late from the flame next to them.

Count how many burners ignite properly and which ones do not; if the pattern is always the same, note those specific injectors.

  • 03

The flame is shorter in some areas than in others along the burner.

Cause: Each injector in the rail feeds a section of the burner; a flow difference between holes is noticeable as an irregular flame.

Visually compare the flame height in each section before deciding that the entire ramp is faulty.

  • 04

There is a smell of gas or a small click when turning on the boiler.

Cause: A deformed ramp or one with holes out of specification can alter the mixture and cause a sudden ignition.

Check that the ramp is properly aligned with the burners and without dents before replacing it.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
