How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the hydraulic group resolves
The hydraulic group includes the valve, the by-pass, and the water connections. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The hot water tap does not activate the production of domestic hot water, as if the boiler does not detect that it has been opened.
Cause: The flow switch of the hydraulic group does not detect the flow and the control board does not command the mode change.
Check that the flow rate at the tap exceeds the minimum required by the manufacturer before replacing the part.
- 02
There is moisture or dripping under the boiler, near the water inlet pipes.
Cause: The seals of the hydraulic group dry out over the years and allow water to pass through gradually.
Locate the exact point of the leak with the boiler cold and hot before confirming the replacement.
- 03
A dry noise or vibration is heard in the pipes when opening or closing the hot water.
Cause: The switching mechanism of the hydraulic group loses precision as it wears out and closes abruptly.
Check that it is not a water hammer from the general installation before intervening in the boiler.
- 04
The heating works well, but the hot water comes out at an irregular temperature, fluctuating on its own.
Cause: The hydraulic group allows the flow to pass irregularly when its interior is worn or obstructed.
Check the cold water inlet filter and the mains pressure, as they are the most common causes of this same symptom.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
