Connection Hoses Hermann Micraplus NOx 24 B 2 Ref. 0020097955
When you open the hot water tap or turn on the heating, the connection hoses of the Hermann Micraplus NOX 24 B 2 are responsible for conducting and distributing water between the circuits of the boiler. If you experience leaks, pressure loss, or issues with hot water production, it is possible that this part is failing. This model is compatible with several boilers from the Hermann range, such as Micraplus 24/30, Micraplus NOX 24, and Micraplus NOX 25, among others. It is recommended to replace the hoses when they show signs of wear or faults in the hydraulic system.

Can't see your model or have questions? The printed reference takes precedence. How to check it · Send us a photo via WhatsApp.
How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the hydraulic group resolves
The hydraulic group includes the valve, the by-pass, and the water connections. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
Water leaks from the fittings of the hoses.
Cause: The gasket or fitting has lost tightness, or the internal rubber has degraded due to the heat from the circuit.
Carefully tighten the nuts of the fittings before declaring the part broken; sometimes simply re-tightening is enough.
- 02
The metal braid is cracked or bulging.
Cause: Vibration wear and the heat cycles of the circuit weaken the braid over time.
Visually inspect the entire length of the hose for bulges or broken threads; if there is swelling, do not continue using it.
- 03
Corrosion or limescale stains appear on the brass fittings.
Cause: Constant humidity from small leaks attacks the brass and leaves those stains.
Dry the area and check again in a couple of days to see if moisture stains reappear, to confirm that there is an active leak.
- 04
There is noticeable moisture at the base of the boiler without finding the source.
Cause: The hoses are often hidden, and a small leak can drip down to the base of the unit.
Check each accessible fitting and hose with paper or a dry cloth to locate the exact point before disassembling anything.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
