  The domestic hot water works well, but the radiators do not heat properly.

  Cause: The block distributes the flow between the two circuits, and a fault may only affect the heating circuit.

  Confirm that the fault is only in heating and not also in domestic hot water before deciding that it is the block.

  A vibration or humming sound can be heard in the area of the block while the boiler is operating.

  Cause: This can be caused by air in the circuit or by wear of the impeller of the integrated pump.

  Bleed the heating circuit and repeat the check before considering the part as faulty.
