Wiesberg Hydraulic Group RSN 24 Ref. 95000036
When opening the hot water tap or starting the heating, the Wiesberg RSN 24 Hydraulic Group is responsible for directing and distributing water between the circuits of the boiler. If this part fails, you will notice leaks, loss of pressure, or problems in the production of hot water. This hydraulic group is compatible with boilers from the Unical and Wiesberg ranges, such as DUA C 24, DUA CTFS 24, DUA R 24, among others. It is advisable to replace it when you experience symptoms of malfunction.

Can't see your model or have questions? The printed reference takes precedence. How to check it · Send us a photo via WhatsApp.
How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the hydraulic group resolves
The hydraulic group includes the valve, the by-pass, and the water connections. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The thermometer needle does not move or stays at the same value, whether the boiler is cold or hot.
Cause: The bulb of the sensor has lost the expansion fluid or has been damaged and no longer transmits the actual temperature.
Touch the pipe where the bulb is installed when the boiler is heating; if the pipe is hot and the needle does not rise, the sensor is faulty.
- 02
The sensor cable is crushed, heavily bent, or has visible signs of damage.
Cause: A pinched or twisted wire can cut the internal capillary that carries the reading to the dial.
Check the cable route for tight bends or areas crushed by covers or bodywork before replacing the thermostat.
- 03
The dial is broken, scratched, or loose from its support, and the temperature cannot be read.
Cause: A blow to the front or a poor fit in the mounting space renders the sight unusable even though the sensor continues to measure correctly.
If the sensor responds to heat but the bulb is damaged, first check the fitting before assuming the entire part is broken.
- 04
The reading is delayed or does not reflect the actual temperature of the boiler.
Cause: If the bulb is not properly inserted into its sleeve, it measures more of the surrounding air than the actual water temperature.
Check that the bulb is fully inserted in its sleeve and securely held before replacing the thermometer.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
