How to check if it is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.

Symptoms and faults that the PCB (control board) resolves

The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

• 01

  The boiler does not turn on, there are no lights or display.

  Cause: The control board does not initiate the ignition if it does not receive power or if the self-check fails.

  Check if there is power to the PCB and verify that the internal fuses are not blown before replacing it.

• 02

  The burner tries to ignite but shuts off immediately and gets locked.

  Cause: The control electronics manage the ignition and cut off the gas if the correct flame signal is not detected.

  Check the ionization electrode and its wiring, as they can cause the same symptom without the PCB failing.

• 03

  The boiler stops on its own during operation and needs to be reset manually.

  Cause: A fault in the components of the PCB causes intermittent safety cuts that interrupt the cycle.

  Note if the cut coincides with the triggering of a safety thermostat or pressure switch before blaming the PCB.

• 04

  The relay click is heard, but the pump or the fan does not start.

  Cause: The power outputs of the PCB activate the pump and fan; if the relay or the track fails, the click does not translate into operation.

  Measure with a multimeter if power is reaching the pump or the fan just when the click sounds, to rule out the component itself.
