Can't see your model or have questions? The printed reference takes precedence. How to check it · Send us a photo via WhatsApp.
How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB (control board) resolves
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not ignite, with no lights on.
Cause: The transformer or the power supply stage of the module is not delivering the necessary 230V.
Measure with the multimeter if 230V is reaching the input of the module before replacing it.
- 02
The boiler turns on briefly and then turns off, without heating.
Cause: The microprocessor of the module turns off the ignition upon detecting an incorrect signal.
Check if the flashing pattern of the indicator is always the same before replacing the part.
- 03
Nothing happens when pressing the reset button.
Cause: The module does not process the reset command because its control circuit is unresponsive.
Turn off and power cycle the boiler to force a reset before considering that the module is faulty.
- 04
The actuators, pump, or gas valve do not receive a signal to start.
Cause: The relay outputs of the module stop functioning correctly over time.
Listen for the relay clicking when calling for heat; if it doesn't click, the problem may be with the module.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
