Cointra Europa M 20 L LED Auxiliary PCB
The LED Auxiliary PCB Cointra Europa M 20 L is a control board that manages the ignition, burner modulation, pump, and safety features of the boiler. When it experiences faults, the boiler may fail to start, become locked, or operate erratically. This model is compatible with the Cointra Europa E 20 L and Europa M 20 L boilers, among others. Replacing this part is necessary when the mentioned symptoms are experienced.

How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB (control board) resolves
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
None of the three LEDs light up when power is supplied to the boiler.
Cause: The auxiliary PCB needs to receive power from the main PCB to function; if it doesn't get power, the LEDs will not light up even if the boiler is operational.
Check that the connector between this PCB and the main one is properly fitted and free of corrosion before considering it faulty.
- 02
The red fault LED is steadily on, but the boiler is heating normally.
Cause: A poor connection on this PCB or its connector can cause the fault LED to light up without there being a real fault in the boiler.
Disconnect and reconnect the connector of the auxiliary PCB; if the LED turns off, the problem was a bad contact, not the board.
- 03
The green LEDs are flashing without a recognizable pattern, different from the usual one.
Cause: The green LEDs indicate the status they receive from the main PCB, so erratic flashing may be caused by this board or by the board that powers it.
Note the exact blinking pattern and compare it with the manual before making a purchase: it could indicate a problem with the main PCB and not with this auxiliary one.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
