Main PCB Biasi Rinnova Cond Plus M260V Ref. BI2445100

Stock · 1 unit

The Main PCB Biasi Rinnova Cond Plus M260V, with reference BI2445100, is the component that controls the ignition, burner modulation, pump, and safety features of the boiler. When it fails, the boiler may not start, lock out, or operate erratically, displaying faults such as Er20, Er21, Er22, or Er99. This board is compatible with models from the RinNova Cond Plus range, such as the 25, 30, and 35, as well as the Myto Condens Plus 24 and the M260V 2025SM, among others. It is recommended to replace it when it shows the mentioned symptoms or faults in its operation.

Guide

How to check if ref. BI2445100 is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference BI2445100. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the PCB BI2445100 resolves.

The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The boiler does not ignite, there is no power or pilot light.

Cause: The PCB is not distributing power to the other components or it has lost power.

Measure if 230V is reaching the input of the PCB and check that the internal fuse is not blown.

  • 02

An error code appears and it does not reset when turning it off and on.

Cause: The microprocessor detects an internal fault and locks the ignition for safety.

Note the code displayed and compare it with the manual before considering the PCB as faulty: it may indicate a specific sensor.

  • 03

The thermostat requests heat but the boiler does not respond even though it seems to be receiving power.

Cause: The PCB does not process the demand signal because the input or the ignition relay is faulty.

Bridge the thermostat terminals on the PCB: if it starts, the fault is in the thermostat or the wiring, not in the PCB.

  • 04

The flame ignites but the pump does not start or the heating circuit does not heat.

Cause: The output relay on the PCB that controls that component is not working.

Measure with a multimeter if current is reaching the pump connector when it should activate before replacing the PCB.

Fault codes Biasi that this part solves

CodeFaultDiagnosis and solution
Er20EVG lockout (hardware fault).Fault in the EVG circuit on the main PCB (driver/relay/triac that controls the gas valve). Check by measuring the EVG output on the PCB during demand and ruling out wiring and gas valve.
Er21EVG lockout (hardware fault).Fault in the EVG channel on the PCB (e.g., relay/power stage for valve control). Check activation/continuity of the EVG relay on the board and ensure the valve receives a signal with the correct wiring.
Er22EVG lockout (hardware fault).Internal defect in the EVG electronics of the PCB causing anomalous detection and lockout. Verify EVG control signals on the PCB and rule out ionization/valving and wiring issues.
Er99Card not configured.Main PCB unparameterized after replacement or loss of configuration. Verify by entering programming mode and configuring the model (parameter P01/Pr01) according to the manual; after coding, the error should disappear.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
