Stock · 4 units

The Biasi Rinnova NOX M295 24CM control PCB, with reference BI2225113 from Bertelli & Partners, manages the ignition, burner modulation, pump, and safety features of the boiler. When it fails, the boiler may not start, lock out, or operate erratically, presenting issues such as fault code E20 or E21. This part is compatible with models like the Rinnova Nox M295.24CM and M295.28CM, among others. It is recommended to replace it upon detecting these symptoms to avoid malfunctioning of the boiler.

Guide

How to check if the reference BI2225113 is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference BI2225113. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the PCB BI2225113 resolves.

The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The boiler is completely dead, with no indicator lights on.

Cause: The PCB distributes power to the other components; if its input fails, nothing starts.

Measure the voltage at the input connector of the PCB and check its fuse before replacing it.

  • 02

The display shows a different fault code each time the boiler is reset.

Cause: The components of the PCB that read the sensors degrade and provide erratic values depending on the state of the circuit.

Note each code that appears; if they change without an apparent relation to what the boiler does, suspect the PCB before a loose sensor.

  • 03

The burner does not ignite even though the fan starts normally.

Cause: The PCB manages the ignition sequence and may fail at the specific command that allows the gas to flow, even if the rest of the sequence is functioning.

Check if the cycle reaches the ignition spark or if it cuts off beforehand; if it never sparks, the suspicion falls more on the PCB or the electrode than on the gas valve.

  • 04

The buttons on the panel are unresponsive, although the boiler continues to provide heat with the last setpoint it had.

Cause: The interface block of the PCB can fail in isolation without affecting the block that controls the burner.

Cut the main power for a few seconds and check if the panel responds again before replacing the PCB.

Fault codes Biasi that this part solves

CodeFaultDiagnosis and solution
E20EVG lockout (gas valve control hardware fault).Fault in the gas valve control circuit on the PCB (driver/power stage). Check if the board supplies voltage to the valve when ignition is demanded and if the driver/power stage on the board switches; rule out wiring/valve by measuring at the board connector.
E21EVG lockout (control relay fault of the valve).Relay/switching stage of the valve on the PCB defective (contacts stuck or coil not energized). Check that the control board energizes the relay and that its contacts open/close; measure continuity and voltage at the board's output to the valve to confirm PCB fault.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
