Guide

How to check if it is the part for your boiler

The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.

  1. Look for the code 8613310175_V03 and version 2.1 with the marking KA on your PCB, and compare them with ours. Registered application: 8613310175 V01.
  2. Look at the transformer: ours is an ACE with 8.718.224.657 and 000136017 (30/10). Compare them with the one on your PCB.
  3. Compare the connectors: yellow PR, PO, NP, LP; red N, Z; orange 8, 6, 2, 7. Terminals on the PCB: LR, Ls, Ns, N, L.
  4. Do not confuse it with the PCBs 8 748 300 673/674 or 8 748 300 915 (official lists of series C) nor with 8748300956 (Bosch catalog, series A/E): they are different codes.
  5. If they match, call us at 911 17 77 77 with the model of your boiler.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and checks

The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The boiler does not ignite and locks with EA.

Cause: No flame after several ignition attempts.

Check the gas and reset once. If it returns, have a technician check it.

  • 02

The boiler detects flame with the burner off and locks out (F7).

Cause: Ionization electrode with earth leakage or gas valve that does not close.

Shut off the gas and have a technician check it; do not insist on resets.

  • 03

No domestic hot water due to faulty sensor (A7); the heating may continue to operate.

Cause: Faulty domestic hot water temperature sensor or poor continuity in the connection cable.

Check the continuity of the sensor and its cable; if they are fine, have a technician replace the sensor.

  • 04

F0 appears on the boiler screen.

Cause: Internal fault of the PCB (main control unit).

Note the code and notify a technician.

  • 05

A fault code B (B1, B2, B3, B7 or EH) appears due to a coded connector or data error.

Cause: The PCB does not recognize the coded connector or there is an internal data error.

    Have a technician check it.

  • 06

The boiler shows A8 and loses communication with the regulator.

Cause: Cut in the bus between the PCB and the regulator. It is usually a fault with the cable or the regulator, not with the PCB.

Have a technician check the bus cable and the regulator before replacing the PCB.

  • 07

    The boiler shows b1.

Cause: The encoder plug on the PCB is poorly mounted or damaged.

Have a technician check the encoder plug before ordering a PCB.

  • 08

    The boiler shows b2/b3.

Cause: Internal data error of the PCB.

    Have a technician check it.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Where is the code for this PCB and what other markings should I compare?
Our unit has on the PCB 8613310175_V03 (version 2.1, marking KA) and, on the transformer, ACE with 8.718.224.657 and the subcomponent 000136017 (30/10). Also compare the connectors: yellow PR, PO, NP, LP; red N, Z; orange 8, 6, 2, 7.
Is it compatible with my Junkers Cerapur Smart ZWB 28-3C 23?
The source documentation records this board for the Junkers ZWB 28-3C 23. No external page consulted mentions it with 8613310175_V03, and the series' official spare parts lists give other board codes, so if your boiler is another variant, compare the markings and write to us through Contact.
What is the difference between the 8613310175_V03 and the 8613310175 V01?
Sell the game "Junkers 87483007530 8613310175 V01" with transformer for the ZSB, ZWB, and ZBR -3 series. A particular item for sale is a 8613310175 marked _v01 and states that it comes from a ZWB 28-3 C 23 S5300. Ours is V03: without additional confirmation read, explain what changes between versions, so compare the complete marking and the transformer.
What do 8613310175, 87483007530, and 8.718.224.657 mean?
8613310175_V03 is the circuit code marked on the PCB. 8.718.224.657 is the reference printed on the ACE transformer (subcomponent 000136017). 87483007530 is the manufacturer number of a board for the ZSB/ZWB/ZBR -3 series; the association with 8613310175 corresponds to V01, not to the V03 of this unit.
Is it compatible with other Junkers from the -3 series (ZSB, ZWB, ZBR)?
87483007530 is associated with ZSB 14..22-3 A/E, ZSBR/ZSBE 16..28-3 A, ZWB 28-3 A/E, and ZBR 42-3A, within the ZSB/ZWB/ZBR -3 series. The set 8613310175 V01 is also listed for those series. For ZWB 28-3 A 23, the PCB 8748300956 appears, without a clarified correspondence with 28-3 C. The relationship of 8613310175_V03 with those models is still pending. Please send us a photo of your PCB from Contact or call 911 17 77 77.
Why does the official breakdown of my ZWB 28-3C show a different PCB?
Official list 6720616730 (ZSB14/22-3C and ZWB24/28-3C) gives board 8 748 300 673 or 674, and list 6721840219 (ZSB22 / ZWB28-3CE23) gives 8 748 300 915. We do not know why: neither list consulted mentions 8613310175 or 8.718.224.657, and the ZSB22 / ZWB28-3CE23 is not the same variant as this unit's ZWB 28-3 C 23. In both, the transformer is a separate part (8 747 201 342). The source documentation records this board with an ACE transformer for the ZWB 28-3C 23.
Who should install it? And what about the coding connector and the fuses?
A qualified technician: the official list 6720616730 indicates that the spare parts can only be installed by an authorized service center of the brand. In the list for the ZSB22 / ZWB28-3CE23 (another variant), the coding connector is a separate part, 1158 for ZWB; we do not know which one your boiler uses. The three fuses on the PCB are T 2.5 A, T 0.5 A, and T 1.6 A according to the official manual for the -3 A/E series.
