  Cause: If the display PCB does not receive power or is damaged, there will be no visual signal even if the rest of the system is functioning.

  First, check that the boiler has general power, for example, other indicators or startup noise, before assuming that the fault is with the display.

  Lines, dead pixels, or areas of the screen that do not light up appear.

  Cause: A partial fault in the display PCB can degrade the visibility without completely turning off.

  Photograph the defect as it appears to later compare it with the spare part and rule out dirt or reflection on the glass.

  It is not possible to navigate through the menus or change the temperature from the panel.

  Cause: If the controls are integrated into the display PCB, a fault there blocks all interaction even though the boiler remains operational in the background.

  Check if the boiler maintains the last programmed temperature even if you can't change it; if so, the fault is with the interface, not the control.

  The display lights up for a moment when powered on and then turns off.

  Cause: It may indicate an intermittent power supply fault in the display PCB itself, not necessarily in the entire boiler.

  Repeat the ignition a couple of times and note if the pattern is always the same before replacing the PCB.
