  The water comes out lukewarm, neither cold nor really hot.

  Cause: The plates are partially covered, preventing the heat exchanger from transferring all the necessary heat.

  Observe the flame in DHW mode: if it is stable and the water still does not heat, the problem is more likely related to the heat exchanger than to combustion.

  The tap temperature suddenly changes when you open or close another water point in the house.

  Cause: The flow passing through the plates varies, and a blocked heat exchanger does not respond as quickly.

  Try using a single hot water tap and check if the temperature fluctuation remains the same: if it disappears, it could be a pressure issue and not related to the heat exchanger.

  Water is appearing at the base of the boiler near the plate block.

  Cause: The PCBs lose tightness with pressure and temperature cycles, and water escapes from there.

  Dry the area and force a domestic hot water cycle; if the dripping reappears in that area, confirm the leak before requesting the spare part.
