  You see dripping or moisture at the bottom of the boiler, right where the heat exchanger is mounted.

  Cause: A perforated plate or a degraded gasket allows water to pass between the primary circuit and the outside.

  Dry the area well and restart the boiler to locate the exact point of the leak before ordering the part.

  When opening the tap, a whistling sound is heard just as the hot water starts to flow out.

  Cause: The narrow passage between plates, if partially obstructed by scale, accelerates the water and generates that noise.
