Biasi Biasi Pressure Gauge 24S Ref. BI1475108
Biasi Manaut Thermomanometer 24S Ref. BI1475108 is a manometer that measures and controls the pressure and temperature of the boiler circuit. When it fails, it may display incorrect readings, causing the boiler to lock out due to a false pressure drop or not properly regulate the temperature. This component is compatible with boilers from the MINOX range, such as MINOX and MINOX ECO, among others. It is recommended to replace it when these anomalies in its operation are detected.

How to check if ref. BI1475108 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference BI1475108. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the manometer BI1475108 resolves.
The manometer shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The pressure needle does not move no matter how much you open the filling valve.
Cause: The internal mechanism of the thermometer-manometer has seized and no longer transmits the actual circuit pressure to the dial.
Bleed a radiator and check if you feel resistance or if water comes out; if the circuit does have pressure, the fault is in the part and not in the system.
- 02
The temperature needle always shows the same value, whether the boiler is on or off.
Cause: The thermomanometer combines two mechanisms in one dial, and the temperature mechanism can get stuck without the pressure mechanism failing.
Carefully touch the flow and return pipes with the boiler running; if they vary in temperature and the needle does not, the problem is with the part.
- 03
The reading cannot be trusted because the dial is fogged up or the glass appears cracked.
Cause: Moisture has entered the body of the thermometer-manometer, or the glass has been damaged by an impact.
Inspect for visible condensation inside the glass before considering the reading valid or lost.
- 04
The pressure reading does not match what the boiler itself indicates or what you expect after refilling the circuit.
Cause: The mechanism of the thermometer-manometer can drift over time and give a reading different from the actual pressure.
Compare the reading of the gauge with how the boiler behaves (if it shuts off due to low pressure, for example) before replacing the part.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
