Manaut GLM5 13 20 Manometer Display
The Manaut GLM5 13 20 Pressure Gauge is a device that measures and controls the pressure or temperature of the boiler circuit. If it fails, it may display incorrect readings, which can cause the boiler to lock out due to a false low pressure or not regulate the temperature properly. This pressure gauge is compatible with the GLM5 range, including models 13 and 20, among others. It is advisable to replace it when you notice inconsistencies in the readings or issues with the boiler's operation.

How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the manometer resolves
The manometer shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The gauge's dial is broken or chipped, and I can't clearly see the numbers.
Cause: It is a transparent plastic part that can break due to impacts during installation or maintenance, and a crack prevents clear reading of the scale.
Check that the needle moves normally when the pressure changes; if it moves but you can't see it well, the problem is with the dial and not the internal mechanism.
- 02
Before, it was perfectly visible and now the dial has become whitish or opaque.
Cause: The transparent plastic degrades over time, the heat from the boiler and the light, and loses transparency even if it doesn't have any impacts.
Check if the opacity is uniform across the entire sphere or just in one area; if it is general, it is usually plastic degradation and not a specific issue.
- 03
The pressure and temperature numbers appear blurry or faded, making them difficult to read at a glance.
Cause: The scale is printed on the dial, and over time the ink wears off or the plastic gets scratched due to repeated cleaning.
Clean the surface with a soft cloth before deciding: sometimes it is accumulated dirt and not actual wear of the print.
- 04
A crack or line that wasn't there before is visible, although the pressure gauge still shows pressure.
Cause: A mechanical shock or tension when re-tightening the fitting can crack the sphere without affecting the mechanism behind it.
Confirm that the needle still responds when increasing or decreasing the pressure; if it responds well, it is enough to replace the dial, there is no need for the complete manometer.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
