  The needle always stays in the red zone, even after you have filled the system to the correct pressure.

  Cause: If after properly filling the circuit the needle remains outside the green band, the fault is usually in the pressure gauge and not in the installation.

  Compare the reading with another bleed point or with the pressure gauge of the boiler, if it has one, before confirming the fault of the manometer.

  The boiler indicates a pressure fault even though the circuit is properly filled.

  Cause: This part has a cable with a quick connector; if the contact is dirty or not properly fitted, the control board does not receive a signal and locks out for safety.

  With the boiler turned off, disconnect and reconnect the quick connector and check that the cable is not pinched before replacing the part.

  The indicated pressure remains stuck at the same number day after day, without changing in either cold or hot conditions.

  Cause: It is typical for this type of pressure gauge that the internal mechanism loses elasticity and gets stuck at a value.

  Record the cold reading and after a heating cycle; if nothing changes, confirm that it is not responding.
