Pressure Gauge Heating Circuit Wolf GG EK 24 Ref. 2039060

Pressure Gauge Heating Circuit Wolf GG EK 24 Ref. 2039060

Stock · 3 units

When you open the heating tap, the pressure gauge of the Wolf GG EK 24 heating circuit measures and controls the water pressure in the system. If this part fails, you will notice incorrect readings, which can cause the boiler to lock out due to a false low pressure or not regulate the temperature properly. This pressure gauge is compatible with several Wolf models, such as the GG-EK, GG-E, GG-1EK, among others. It is advisable to replace it if you notice issues with the readings or the operation of the heating system.

Guide

How to check if the part number 2039060 is the piece for your boiler.

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 2039060. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the pressure gauge 2039060 resolves.

The manometer shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The needle of the manometer does not move, regardless of the pressure indicated in the circuit.

Cause: The internal mechanism of the manometer has jammed or broken and no longer translates the pressure into needle movement.

Bleed a radiator and check if you notice a real change in pressure in the boiler even if the needle doesn't move, to rule out that the problem is with the circuit and not the appliance.

  • 02

The pressure cannot be read because the gauge is scratched, fogged, or the glass has broken.

Cause: It is normal wear of the pressure gauge and does not indicate any fault in the heating circuit.

Clean the glass and check if the problem is just visibility before assuming it needs to be replaced.

  • 03

The needle always shows the same value, regardless of whether the actual pressure of the system goes up or down.

Cause: The pressure gauge can get stuck in one position when the internal mechanism jams.

Compare with the pressure just after filling or bleeding: if the needle does not change at all, the pressure gauge is to blame.

  • 04

There is a small drip or moisture around the pressure gauge fitting.

Cause: With use, the gasket or the body of the pressure gauge may lose tightness.

Gently tighten the fitting and dry the area; if moisture reappears immediately, replace the part.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
