Guide

How to check if the reference 0020037114 is the part for your boiler.

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 0020037114. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the pressure gauge 0020037114 resolves.

The manometer shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The needle of the pressure gauge does not move, it stays stuck at one end or does not reflect the pressure changes when bleeding or refilling the circuit.

Cause: The internal mechanism of the manometer (bellows or spring) has seized up and does not translate the actual pressure of the circuit into needle movement.

Bleed a radiator or open the filling valve and see if the needle moves when the actual pressure of the circuit changes.

  • 02

The boiler warns of low pressure or locks out even though the circuit is properly filled.

Cause: This pressure gauge has an electrical connector that alerts the PCB when the pressure drops; if the contact gets stuck, the boiler interprets it as low pressure even if it is not.

With the boiler filled between 1 and 1.5 bar, check if the warning persists; if the gauge reads correctly but the fault does not disappear, suspect the electrical contact before replacing the part.

  • 03

The needle remains persistently outside the green zone even though pressure has been restored in the circuit.

Cause: It could be a real pressure fault in the circuit (bleeding, leak) or that the pressure gauge is stuck showing a fixed value.

Empty a little and refill the circuit while observing if the needle follows the change; if it doesn't move at all, the problem is with the pressure gauge.

  • 04

The glass or the dial is broken, scratched, or fogged, and the pressure cannot be read.

Cause: A blow or the entry of moisture renders the sight glass unusable, even though the measuring mechanism continues to function.

If the glass is damaged but the needle moves when the pressure changes, assess whether the problem is only with the reading before replacing the entire part.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions about the pressure gauge 0020037114

What fault indicates that the manometer of the Semia F24 needs to be replaced?
It is replaced if the needle does not respond, if it remains outside the green zone (approximately 1.5-2.5 bar) or if the glass is damaged.
How can I check that the pressure gauge of my Semia C24 is this model and not another?
Compare the brass/copper fitting, the pin electrical connector, and the scale from 0 to 4 bar with the part installed in your boiler.
What pressure range does the dial of this manometer indicate for the Semiatek C 24?
From 0 to 4 bar, with a green zone approximately between 1.5 and 2.5 bar and a red zone below 1 and above 3.
