Thermomanometer Wolf CGB K 24 Ref. 203906699
The thermomanometer measures and controls the pressure and temperature of the circuit in the Wolf CGB K 24 boiler, reference 203906699. If it fails, it may display incorrect readings, causing the boiler to lock out due to a false pressure drop or not regulate the temperature properly. This component is compatible with several models in the CGB range, such as the CGB-11, CGB-20, and CGB-24, among others. It is recommended to replace it if you notice that the readings are inaccurate or if you experience pressure or temperature issues.

How to check if the reference 203906699 is the part for your boiler.
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 203906699. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the pressure gauge 203906699 resolves.
The manometer shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The pressure gauge is stuck or shows outside the green zone, even though the boiler seems to be working fine.
Cause: The internal mechanism gets stuck due to scale or corrosion and stops transferring the actual pressure of the circuit to the needle.
If the boiler has a digital pressure reading, compare it with that of the manometer before declaring the part faulty.
- 02
There is no way to read the flow temperature: the temperature gauge does not move or is stuck.
Cause: The bulb or temperature capillary loses thermal contact, or bends, and stops transmitting the actual heat of the circuit to the dial.
Check that the bulb is properly inserted in its sleeve, without any play or air around it, before replacing the part.
- 03
Water is leaking from the back of the unit, from the brass fitting.
Cause: The sealing gasket of the fitting dries out with the passage of hot water and eventually cracks.
Tighten the fitting carefully and dry the area well: if the leak returns immediately, it is the gasket and not the body of the thermomanometer.
- 04
The pressure gauge moves, but the reading does not match what the rest of the system indicates.
Cause: With use, the spring of the mechanism loses precision and the reading deviates even though the mechanism continues to move.
Bleed a radiator and check if the needle reacts immediately; if nothing changes, rule out that it is air in the circuit.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
