Stock · 3 units

If you notice incorrect readings in the pressure or temperature of your boiler, you may need a Wolf GG EK 24 Thermometer. This manometer measures and controls the pressure and temperature of the circuit, ensuring proper operation. When it fails, the boiler may lock out due to a false low pressure or may not regulate the temperature properly. It is compatible with several models, including GG-1E, GG-1EK, GG-E, GG-EK, GU-1E, GU-1EK, GU-E, and GU-EK, among others. It is recommended to replace it when it starts giving erroneous readings.

Guide

How to check if the reference 2039065 is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 2039065. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the pressure gauge 2039065 resolves.

The manometer shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The needle does not move even if you bleed or refill water.

Cause: The internal Bourdon tube gets clogged over time and with scale from the circuit, preventing it from moving with pressure changes.

Fill the circuit a little and wait half a minute; if the needle does not move even a millimeter, the pressure gauge is not transmitting the pressure.

  • 02

Water is leaking from the base of the pressure gauge.

Cause: The brass fitting loosens or the internal gasket dries out over time, allowing water to pass through.

Gently tighten the fitting by hand and check if the drop disappears; if it continues to drip after tightening, the internal gasket is no longer sealing.

  • 03

The pressure is not clearly visible because the needle covers the scale.

Cause: In this series, the lower range of the scale is covered by the needle at rest, which can cause confusion.

Check the usual working pressure of the boiler before evaluating the reading and compare it with the pressure of the furthest radiator.

  • 04

The pressure rises when heating and does not drop completely when cooling.

Cause: If the manometer is stuck, it may remain fixed at a high reading and not reflect the actual drop in pressure as it cools down.

Note the pressure in cold and hot during two cycles; if the needle never returns to the same point in cold, suspect the pressure gauge before the expansion vessel.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
