How to check if it is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.

Symptoms and faults that the pressure switch resolves

The pressure sensor measures the water pressure for the electronics. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

• 01

  The boiler shows a water pressure or filling error, even though the circuit has the correct pressure.

  Cause: The sensor converts the water pressure into an electrical signal; if this signal is incorrect, the control board thinks that there is a lack of water and locks the boiler.

  Measure the pressure at the filling tap or on an external manometer and compare it with the reading from the boiler before changing the sensor.

  The pressure readings on the display change by themselves, without anyone having touched the filling.

  Cause: A damaged sensor produces an unstable signal, causing fluctuations in the display readings.

  Check if there is a slow leak in the circuit that could explain the variations before thinking that the problem is the sensor.

  The boiler does not start and remains on standby, without initiating the heating cycle.

  Cause: If the signal from the sensor is outside the range expected by the control board, it does not allow ignition for safety reasons in case of a possible lack of water.

  Check the connector of the sensor and make sure there is no moisture or corrosion on the pins before replacing it.

  The digital manometer of the boiler remains fixed at a value and does not react when bleeding or filling the circuit.

  Cause: When the sensor stops transmitting real pressure changes, the reading freezes even though the water in the circuit changes.

  Bleed a radiator and check if the reading changes; if nothing changes, the sensor is more likely to be faulty than the circuit.
