First, measure the actual pressure on the manometer or on the boiler display before considering the reading from the sensor to be correct.

The pressure reading on the display rises and falls without reason, without having bled or added water.
Cause: A collector with a deteriorated membrane or internal circuit generates an unstable signal that the control unit translates into reading jumps.
Note if the fluctuations coincide with the start of the pump or the burner; if so, first check the electrical installation and the connections of the sensor.

The boiler won't start and remains locked in a pressure fault even though the circuit has just been refilled.
Cause: If the sensor does not send any signal, or sends it out of range, the control unit does not allow the ignition cycle to proceed for safety reasons.
Check that the sensor connector is properly seated and free of moisture or oxidation before replacing the part.
