    After a period of not being used, the boiler is harder to start or fails several times in a row.

    Cause: The accumulated moisture in an old ignition transformer reduces its ability to generate a spark until it dries out or completely fails.

    Leave the boiler area ventilated and check if the fault improves after a while of being on before deciding that the part is broken.
