How to check if ref. 60081839 is the part for your boiler

The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.

1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 60081839. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.

Symptoms that require diagnosis in the 3-way valve 60081839

The 3-way valve diverts water between heating and domestic hot water. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

• 01

The boiler does not heat the domestic hot water but does heat the heating, or vice versa.

Cause: The actuator does not rotate completely and leaves the shutter closing the incorrect circuit.

With the boiler in the fault mode, check if the actuator reaches its final position; if it stops halfway, the actuator may be the problem.

• 02

It takes a long time to switch between domestic hot water and heating.

Cause: The gear motor of the actuator is worn out and needs more time to move the shutter.

Compare the time it takes now with what the boiler had before; an increasing delay indicates a possible fault in the actuator.

• 03

Noise or banging when switching circuits.

Cause: The internal gear of the actuator is worn out and causes irregular movement.

Listen for the knocking to occur just when switching circuits and not continuously; if it is intermittent, it could be a problem with the valve mechanism.

• 04

Water leak from the valve body or the actuator.

Cause: The gaskets or the actuator connector are worn and allow water to escape to the outside.

Locate the exact point of the leak, whether in the hydraulic body or in the actuator area; if the electrical connector gets wet, cut the power before continuing to handle it.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
