Extractor Manaut Minox Eco 24E Ref. BI1366102
The extractor evacuates the combustion gases and creates the necessary draft for the boiler to start. If it fails, the boiler will not ignite or will lock out due to a flue gas evacuation fault. This extractor is compatible with Biasi boilers from the Minox range, such as the model 24E and ECO 24E, among others. The confirmed manufacturer reference is BI1366102. A technician must confirm through diagnosis whether this spare part needs to be replaced when you notice that the boiler has difficulties igniting or stops due to problems with gas evacuation.

How to check if it is the part for your boiler
The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms that require diagnosis in the extractor
The extractor evacuates the combustion gases with forced draft. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler takes longer than usual to start, as if the fan is struggling to gain power.
Cause: With use, the motor loses revolutions and takes longer to reach the speed required by the pressure switch.
Time how long it takes to ignite compared to before; a clear and progressive delay indicates the extractor.
- 02
It stops by itself a few minutes after starting and then restarts without you having touched anything.
Cause: The extractor intermittently loses flow, and the pressure switch interprets that there is a lack of exhaust.
Check if the cuts coincide with the boiler being on for a while; that indicates a fault due to overheating of the motor.
- 03
You don't notice any flue or air outlet through the flue gas duct even though the boiler seems to be on.
Cause: The turbine spins but no longer moves enough air to expel the combustion gases.
Check with your hand if there is airflow at the outlet of the duct before declaring the extractor faulty.
- 04
An electrical buzzing is heard, but the turbine does not start spinning.
Cause: The motor receives power but the rotor is jammed or the start capacitor has failed.
With the boiler turned off and unplugged, try to turn the turbine by hand; if it is stiff or does not turn, confirm the mechanical fault.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
