A buzzing or loud continuous noise is coming from the extractor.
Cause: With use, the motor bearing wears out and the rotor starts to rub while rotating.
Gently touch the casing of the extractor while the boiler is running: if the noise is more noticeable there than in the outlet pipe, it points to the motor.

The boiler is locking out with a fault of lack of draft or flue gas evacuation.
Cause: If the extractor does not generate sufficient depression, the pressure switch does not detect flow and the control board shuts off for safety.
Check that the exhaust duct to the outside is not obstructed, crushed, or blocked, and that the silicone tubes to the pressure switch are properly connected before declaring the fan faulty.

The extractor is spinning slowly, jerking, or not moving at all.
Cause: It is usually the motor winding or the bearings that no longer allow reaching the rotation speed required by the boiler.
With the boiler unplugged, turn the turbine by hand: if you feel friction or it doesn't turn freely, the motor needs to be replaced.
