Fault codes related to this part (not the entire boiler). They usually have more possible causes: first rule out electrodes, wiring/connections, and gas supply. Verified with ≥3 sources.

CodeWhat does it mean?Cause and diagnosis (this part)
F.32Fan fault. The flue gas extractor does not start or rotates out of tolerance (Hall sensor/tachometer without signal), so the electronics detect a fault. Verify 230 V and neutral at the fan connector and the rpm/Hall signal in diagnostics; check that it reaches the target rpm without friction or obstructions.
F.33The air pressure switch does not activate (does not switch). If the extractor fan does not generate sufficient depression in the venturi, the pressure switch does not switch and the boiler locks out. Check depression with a manometer in the venturi while the fan is running and confirm that the pressure switch switches; if not, check/replace the fan and hoses.
F.37Divergence of the operating fan's number of revolutions. The extractor fan reports rpm that are too high or too low compared to the target value due to a fault in the motor/control itself (bearings, Hall, wiring), causing inconsistency. Check in fan test mode the actual rpm vs. setpoint and the Hall signal; inspect power supply/wiring and replace the fan if it does not maintain stability.
How do I know if this extractor/fan is the one for my boiler?
Verify the reference 190262 printed and ensure your model is on the list of compatible ones; also compare the connections with the original part.
What is it used for?
The extractor/fan evacuates the combustion gases (forced draught).
Does it not start due to a draught fault, make noise, or not spin?
Seized, noisy, or unpowered fan.
Which models is it suitable for?
Part shared by various models (see Compatibility). If your model does not appear, send us a photo of the marking and we will confirm it.
Installation and recommendations
Check the connector, the 230 V power supply, and free rotation.
What does refurbished mean and what coverage does it have?
Part removed from a boiler out of service, inspected and tested. Includes 1-year warranty and 14-day return policy. Delivery within 2–4 working days in the EU.
