The model and serial number are on the rating plate (lower front or side of the boiler). The code follows the format VU/VUW + power in kW + suffix. For example, VUW 246/5-5 indicate 24 kW combi boiler, generation 5. If you can't read it, send us a photo by contact and we identify the model.
