Fagor Super Compact FE 24E burner
The Fagor Super Compact FE 24E burner is a fundamental component in your boiler's heating system. Its function is to mix air and gas to maintain the flame that heats the heat exchanger. If this part fails, you may notice difficult ignitions, an irregular flame, strange noises, or even lockouts due to flame failure. This burner is compatible with the Fagor Super Compact FE-24E range, among others. It is advisable to replace it when it shows signs of wear or dirt that affect its performance.

How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the burner resolves
The burner performs the combustion of gas. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The flame appears irregular, yellowish, or with spots that turn on and off by themselves.
Cause: The burner holes are worn or dirty and do not distribute the gas evenly across the ramp.
With the boiler off and the chamber open, check for visibly blocked holes or rust on the burner body.
- 02
There are signs of soot or black traces near the boiler or at the flue outlet.
Cause: Incomplete combustion in the burner generates soot, indicating that the gas is not burning properly.
First, measure the gas inlet pressure and check the condition of the filter before declaring the burner faulty.
- 03
A sharp thud or a small strong vibration is heard just when the boiler ignites.
Cause: A burner with partially blocked orifices delays the ignition of the entire ramp, and the accumulated gas ignites suddenly.
Also check the position of the ignition electrode: a late ignition by the electrode produces the same bang without it being the burner.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
