Ebm-papst Gas Valve for Saunier Duval Micraplus Condens 25-A Ref. 0020195288
Gas block with integrated pressure switch, manufactured by ebm-papst according to its own label ('Made by ebmpapst'), not by Saunier Duval. It regulates the pressure and gas flow to the burner in Micraplus Condens, Semia Condens, and Thelia Condens 25/30-A boilers. It is replaced when ignition fails or the boiler locks out due to incorrect gas pressure.

How to check if the reference 0020195511 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 0020195511. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the gas valve 0020195511 resolves.
The gas valve regulates and modulates the gas flow to the burner. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler locks out when trying to ignite.
Cause: The pressure switch of the gas block does not detect the minimum pressure and cuts off the ignition for safety.
Check the gas inlet pressure at the main valve before declaring the block faulty.
- 02
The boiler sometimes ignites and at other times it locks out for no apparent reason.
Cause: An intermittent fault in the pressure switch causes it to sometimes detect the correct pressure and sometimes not.
Note if the blockage coincides with peak gas consumption hours in the area before replacing the part.
- 03
The fault code of the boiler indicates a gas or pressure fault.
Cause: The block integrates a solenoid valve and a pressure switch, so a fault in either of the two causes that error.
Check the fault code manual for your model to confirm that the error indicates pressure and not another sensor.
- 04
The boiler does not ignite and does not attempt to spark.
Cause: Without the correct pressure signal from the pressure switch, the control board does not open the gas valve.
Check that the gas shut-off valve is fully open before replacing the block.
Fault codes Hermann that this part solves
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| F.61 | Fault: gas valve control. | The electronics detect an electrical fault in the activation/supervision of the valve (coils shorted to ground or wiring). Check coil resistances, absence of leakages, and control voltage from the PCB; if not compliant, replace the valve. |
| F.62 | Error: gas valve disconnection controller. | Delayed or non-tight closure of the valve detected (gas flow despite closure command). Check that the valve closes without delay and is tight: inspect ionisation after shutdown and perform a tightness/manometer test; replace if not tight. |
| F.88 | Fault: gas valve. | The gas valve is not/poorly connected or has a short circuit in its harness. Check the multi-connector, wiring continuity, and coils; if the wiring is OK and the fault persists, replace the valve. |
| F.28 | Fault: unsuccessful ignition on start-up. | Among the possible causes is 'error in the gas valve', which prevents the correct opening/closing of the gas supply. Check connection pressure at the gas valve itself, opening signal from the PCB, and valve response (program P.01 and manometer). |
| F.27 | Safety shutdown: flame detection error (simulation). | A non-sealed solenoid/gas valve may allow gas to pass with the burner off and generate an implausible flame signal. Check the valve's tightness after closing (without ionisation current or leakage) using a leak test/manometer; replace if there is passage. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
