How to check if it is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.

Symptoms and faults that the gas valve resolves

The gas valve regulates and modulates the gas flow to the burner. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

• 01

  The boiler does not ignite or locks out immediately upon trying.

  Cause: The solenoid valves do not allow gas to flow to the burner when the control board gives the command.

  Check that 220/240V power is reaching the gas valve at the moment of ignition before replacing it.

• 02

  Sometimes it starts without any issues and other times it fails, without any changes in the installation.

  Cause: If one of the solenoid valves fails intermittently, the ignition will be irregular.

  Repeat several consecutive ignitions and note if the fault shows any pattern before declaring the gas valve defective.

• 03

  It smells like gas near the valve, or it is noticeable that it doesn't close completely.

  Cause: One of the solenoid valves does not close completely and allows some gas to pass through.

  Apply soapy water to the body of the gas valve with the boiler turned off to locate the exact point of the leak before replacing it.

• 04

  The flame varies in size on its own, rising and falling without touching the thermostat.

  Cause: The pressure regulator in the gas valve does not maintain a stable output pressure to the burner.

  If possible, measure the outlet pressure with a manometer before replacing the complete gas valve.
