Can't see your model or have questions? The printed reference takes precedence. How to check it · Send us a photo via WhatsApp.
How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the hydraulic group resolves
The hydraulic group includes the valve, the by-pass, and the water connections. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
Water leak in the area of the T-piece, visible as drops or moisture around.
Cause: If there is a crack in the hydraulic part, water can seep through and wet the electrical connector.
Dry the area and check if water is coming from the plastic body or the electrical connector: they are different faults.
- 02
The domestic hot water does not always ignite, or it does so intermittently.
Cause: The electrical connector of this part carries the water flow signal to the PCB; if it makes poor contact, the boiler does not detect the demand.
With the boiler turned off, disconnect and reconnect the electrical connector and check if the ignition fault improves.
- 03
The part is loose, it moves or hangs slightly in its place.
Cause: The anchoring tab secures the part to the boiler chassis; if it breaks, the weight of the pipes pulls on the part.
Check if the plastic tab that holds it to the chassis is intact or broken before deciding to replace it.
- 04
The electrical connector looks loose, with bent pins or some rust.
Cause: A poor connection prevents the water flow signal from reaching the control board properly.
Carefully clean the connector pins and check that they fit securely before deciding that the part is faulty.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
