Common symptoms and faults

The boiler does not ignite the burner even though there is a demand for heating or domestic hot water.
Cause: The sensor in the hydraulic group does not detect water circulation, and the control board does not allow the gas to pass for safety reasons.
Make sure that the inlet tap is fully open and that the water filter is not blocked before replacing the group.

Water is intermittently leaking from the area of the red bleed valve.
Cause: The automatic bleeder does not close properly after releasing the air and allows water to pass through with it.
Check that the bleed cap is in the correct position and not damaged before replacing the entire assembly.

The boiler is showing a fault code related to the sensor or the electrical connector of the hydraulic group.
Cause: The connector is making a poor connection or the internal wiring has degraded due to the heat from the boiler.
Turn off the power, disconnect and reconnect the connector, and check for any corrosion on the pins before replacing the part.

The circuit gradually loses pressure without any visible leaks outside the boiler.
Cause: An internal seal of the hydraulic group loses tightness with use, and water leaks inside.
Dry the area around the group, leave the boiler off for a few hours, and check if moisture reappears before replacing it.
