Can't see your model or have questions? The printed reference takes precedence. How to check it · Send us a photo via WhatsApp.
How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the hydraulic group resolves
The hydraulic group includes the valve, the by-pass, and the water connections. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The radiators take a long time to heat up or remain lukewarm even though the boiler ignites properly.
Cause: The pump integrated into the hydraulic group is not delivering the necessary flow, and the domestic hot water barely circulates.
Remove the front plug of the pump and check that the shaft spins freely with a screwdriver before replacing the entire assembly.
- 02
A humming or rubbing noise is heard in the pump area, especially when the heating starts.
Cause: The impeller or the pump shaft drag accumulated lime or air and rotate with resistance.
Bleed the air from the pump and the circuit and manually unblock the shaft before replacing the part.
- 03
After the summer without using the heating, the boiler shows a fault code for a blocked pump or lack of circulation.
Cause: The pump shaft seizes due to sediment when it has been idle for months.
Force the shaft to turn with a flathead screwdriver in the front slot before replacing the assembly.
- 04
Moisture or dripping appears at the base of the boiler, near the pump body fins.
Cause: The mechanical seal of the pump shaft wears out with use and starts leaking water.
Check if the leak is coming directly from the pump shaft and not from a nearby fitting or bleed valve before deciding to replace it.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
