Cause: Check that the pump is running and that the boiler has pressure.

Noise or buzzing when requesting heating.
Cause: There may be air in the circuit or the rotor may be rubbing: bleed the radiators and check the pump.

The pump hums but does not rotate after the summer.
Cause: The rotor may be stuck due to limescale or dirt: have a technician check it.

It leaks water from the body or from the connections.
Cause: Check the gaskets and the hydraulic body.

The boiler locks out or shuts down due to overheating.
Cause: There may be a circulation issue: check that the pump is working and that there are no closed valves.
