How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the hydraulic group resolves
The hydraulic group includes the valve, the by-pass, and the water connections. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
Moisture or dripping notes below the boiler, in the area of the water connections.
Cause: This fitting is part of the water circuit and over time the plastic becomes brittle and starts to leak.
Locate the exact point of the leak with a dry cloth: if the rest of the connections remain dry, the fitting is the main suspect.
- 02
The fitting has visible cracks or a section of the plastic appears thinner or whitish.
Cause: Heat and the passage of time degrade plastic until it gives way at its weakest point.
With the boiler cold, gently press that area with your hand and check if it gives way or is thinner than the rest of the part.
- 03
The leak is small but constant, even when you are not using the heating or the domestic hot water.
Cause: If the crack affects an area that is always under pressure, it drips even when the boiler is off.
Close the filling valve and check if the pressure gauge loses pressure with the boiler turned off to confirm that the circuit is leaking water.
- 04
Around the fitting, there are stains or a white ring of limescale.
Cause: A slow leak evaporates and leaves that trace before the dripping becomes evident to the naked eye.
Look for that white ring at the base of the part: it usually appears before you see water dripping.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
