Servomotor for Opalia Boilers C11, C11 E, C14, and C14 E
The servomotor for Baxi Roca Opalia C11, C11 E, C14, and C14 E boilers is a motor responsible for moving a mechanical element in the boiler, such as the three-way valve. If it malfunctions, you will notice that the element does not switch, which leads to a lack of heating or hot water. This servomotor is compatible with several models in the Opalia range, including C11, C11 E, C14, and C14 E. It is recommended to replace it when you experience these symptoms of malfunction.

How to check if ref. S1219000 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference S1219000. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the S1219000 motor resolves.
The motor drives the corresponding component of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler takes a long time to switch between heating and domestic hot water, or it gets stuck in one mode.
Cause: The servomotor does not complete the rotation to the end of its travel, and the valve it moves gets stuck halfway.
Listen for any noise from the motor when requesting hot water; if it hums but doesn't actually move, it's a clear indication.
- 02
A forced motor noise or a dry click is heard when starting, without anything moving.
Cause: The internal gear of the servomotor has worn out or broken and slips without transmitting the rotation to the shaft.
Check that the valve shaft moved by the motor is not seized due to limescale before declaring the motor faulty.
- 03
An error code related to the motor or mode change appears on the boiler's display.
Cause: The control board does not receive confirmation that the motor has completed its travel and marks it as a fault.
Check the connector and wiring of the servomotor; a loose contact gives the same warning as a faulty motor.
- 04
The motor spins, but not always at the right moment, or it stops halfway.
Cause: The internal mechanism of the servomotor loses strength with use and does not complete the opening or closing cycle.
Check with a multimeter that the correct electrical supply is reaching it before replacing it.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
