Beretta Arte 24 CSI PCB Ref. R0533
The Beretta Arte 24 CSI PCB is the component that controls the ignition, burner modulation, pump, and safety features of the boiler. When it fails, the boiler may not start, become locked, or exhibit erratic operation, potentially displaying the fault code A01. This board is compatible with several models, including the Arte 24 CAI and the Ciao 24 CSI, among others. It is recommended to replace it if you notice these symptoms or if the boiler has operational issues.

How to check if ref. R0533 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference R0533. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB R0533 resolves
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler shows no signs: no lights, no display, no startup noise.
Cause: The PCB distributes power to the rest of the components; if its power input fails, the entire unit becomes unresponsive.
Check the fuse on the control board and ensure that there is mains voltage reaching the boiler.
- 02
It tries to ignite, you can hear the ignition attempt, and after a few seconds, it stops and locks out.
Cause: The PCB controls the ignition sequence and cuts off the gas if it does not detect a flame in time, for safety.
Check the ignition/detection electrode and its wiring: a dirty electrode causes the same shutdown.
- 03
The display is flashing or showing a code, but the boiler does not respond to any button on the control.
Cause: The PCB is what processes the commands from the control and decides what the boiler does; if its microcontroller fails, it stops responding even if the display remains on.
Cut the power to the boiler for a couple of minutes and turn it back on: if the fault persists after the reset, it points more towards the PCB.
- 04
The boiler starts and stops on its own several times in a row without anyone touching anything.
Cause: A fault in the PCB can cause it to misinterpret a sensor signal and command unnecessary starts and stops.
Check that the temperature sensors have good contact and are not giving erratic readings due to moisture or corrosion in the connector.
Fault codes for Beretta that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| A01 | ACF module lockout alarm or ACF electronic fault (permanent lockout). | In these models, the ACF module is integrated into the R0533 PCB; an internal fault in the PCB related to ignition/flame detection or its control electronics triggers the A01. Check the network/power supply and ground, transformer, and electrodes; if everything is correct, measure signals on the board or temporarily replace the R0533 to confirm it. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
