The boiler is completely dead, it doesn't even light up a single indicator.
Cause: The F1 fuse on the PCB has blown and cuts off all power to the control board.
Measure with a multimeter if the fuse F1 is blown and if there is continuity before replacing the entire PCB.

You change the fuse and it blows again immediately.
Cause: There is a short circuit in a component that powers the PCB, not in the PCB itself.
Disconnect the pump, fan, and gas valve one by one and check if the fuse holds before declaring the PCB faulty.

The boiler ignites but does not respond to the thermostat or the control.
Cause: The PCB is not processing the heating demand signal it receives.
Check that the wiring of the thermostat or control is properly connected to the terminal block of the PCB before replacing it.

The burner ignites and turns off after a few seconds, in lockout.
Cause: The PCB does not keep the gas relay closed for the necessary time to validate the ignition.
Check that the sensors connected to the PCB (sensor, pressure switch) do not give an erratic reading before replacing the board.
