Beretta Kompakt 24 CSI Control Panel Ref. R10025841
When you open the hot water tap or turn on the heating, the Beretta Kompakt 24 CSI Control Panel, reference R10025841, is responsible for controlling the ignition, burner modulation, and the boiler pump. If this PCB fails, you will notice that the boiler does not start, locks out, or operates erratically, displaying fault codes 51, 52, or 53. This model is compatible with boilers from the Kompakt range such as the 24 CAI and 24-28 CSI, among others. It is advisable to replace it when it shows faults or abnormal behaviors.

How to check if ref. R10025841 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference R10025841. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB R10025841 resolves.
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not turn on and does not display anything on the screen.
Cause: The PCB controls the power supply and the startup of the unit; if it fails, the device does not respond even though it receives power.
Check the fuse on the PCB and the status of the main differential before replacing it.
- 02
It locks up with a fault code and, upon resetting, it fails again almost immediately.
Cause: A damaged safety circuit on the PCB does not maintain the correct state after the retry.
Reset it a couple of times with some time in between: if the fault appears consistently and quickly, the PCB is the main suspect.
- 03
The wall control does not communicate with the boiler and does not display the temperature.
Cause: The PCB includes the module that manages communication with the remote control; if it fails, the connection between the two is lost.
First, rule out the communication bus wiring and the batteries of the remote control, if it has any, before replacing the PCB.
- 04
The boiler modulates erratically, with the flame rising and falling regardless of the demand.
Cause: The electronic control of the PCB regulates the modulation; if it fails, it loses coherence with the signal from the sensor.
Check that the temperature sensor is not loose or damaged before attributing the problem to the PCB.
Fault codes for Beretta that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| 51 | PCB (control board) | Anomaly in the electronics; in this model, the control panel/display (control board PCB R10025841) can cause it if its 5 V power supply, micro/keyboard, or communication with the main board fails. Check voltages, connectors/flat cable, and rule out by temporarily replacing the panel. |
| 52 | PCB (control board) | Internal electronic fault; a defective R10025841 control panel (control/CPU fault or loss of communication with the main PCB) can generate this code. Check 230→low voltage, continuity of the bus between the panel and PCB, and test with a spare panel. |
| 53 | EEPROM PCB R&W | Read/write error in the EEPROM memory of the electronics; it may be caused by a damaged EEPROM on the control board PCB or data corruption. Attempt reprogramming/reset of parameters; if it reappears, check 5 V and replace the R10025841 panel (or, if it persists, the main PCB). |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
