Beretta Kompakt 24 CSI PCB Ref. R10029773
The Beretta Kompakt 24 CSI PCB (control board) Ref. R10029773, manufactured by Electron-Coil, controls the ignition, burner modulation, pump, and safety features of the boiler. When it fails, the boiler may not start, lock out, or exhibit erratic behavior, displaying faults such as 51, 52, 53, 54, or 55. This board is compatible with models such as Kompakt 24 CSI (AR), Kompakt 24 CAI (N), Exclusive 24 CAI, Exclusive 28 CAI, Exclusive Microcai 24 CAI, and Family 24 Ki, among others. It is recommended to replace it at any sign of failure or error mentioned.

How to check if the part R10029773 is the one for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference R10029773. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB R10029773 resolves.
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler tries to ignite, makes the sparking noise but does not manage to light the flame.
Cause: The PCB controls the ignition spark; if it fails, the spark may be weak or arrive out of time.
Check if you see a spark at the ignition electrode when the boiler attempts to ignite, to determine if the fault is in that sequence or in the gas supply.
- 02
The boiler locks out with a ignition fault after several consecutive attempts.
Cause: The PCB blocks the boiler for safety if it does not detect a flame after several attempts.
Count how many attempts it makes before locking and if it always fails at the same point, before replacing the PCB.
- 03
The boiler is completely off, with no indicators or response to the thermostat.
Cause: If the PCB does not receive stable power, no circuit is activated.
Check that there is 230V at the boiler's input and that the capacitor is not visibly swollen or damaged.
- 04
The flame ignites but goes out by itself after a few seconds, in a repeating cycle.
Cause: The PCB cuts off the supply if it does not confirm the flame detection signal, even if the burner has ignited.
Check that the flame detection electrode is clean and properly positioned before declaring the PCB faulty.
Fault codes for Beretta that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| 51 | PCB (control board) | Fault in the control board (PCB): hardware/firmware defect or internal communication. Check supply voltages on the board, connectors/grounds, and if it persists, reprogram or replace the PCB R10029773. |
| 52 | PCB (control board) | Anomaly attributed to the control board: possible damaged components or logical error. Check the power supply and regulators on the board, continuity of harnesses, and replace/parameterize the PCB if necessary. |
| 53 | PCB (control board) | PCB fault commonly linked to memory/EEPROM or parameter read/write. Verify memory integrity (reprogramming) and, if not recovered, replace the PCB. |
| 54 | PCB (control board) | PCB anomaly related to parameters/firmware. Check and restore service parameterization; if the fault persists after reprogramming, replace the PCB. |
| 55 | PCB (control board) | Generic fault in the control board detected by self-diagnosis. Check power supply, damaged tracks/components, and basic operation; replace PCB if it does not recover. |
| 56 | PCB (control board) | PCB anomaly that may involve modulation circuit/driver. Check modulation outputs, shorts to ground, and if the driver is damaged, replace the PCB. |
| 57 | PCB (control board) | Internal fault of the control board (self-diagnosis). Check service voltages and internal buses; if there is no recovery after reset/parameterization, replace the PCB. |
| 58 | PCB (control board) | Fault detected in logical circuits or input/output of the PCB. Check sensors/inputs and associated electronics on the PCB; replace the board if the fault persists. |
| 59 | PCB (control board) | Fault in the PCB confirmed by the boiler's own diagnosis. Measure power supply/grounds and check for physical damage; if not corrected, replace the PCB R10029773. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
