Guide

How to check if ref. R10024558 is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference R10024558. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the PCB R10024558 resolves.

The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The boiler ignites and heats, but the pump does not start or stops and starts on its own, without you controlling it.

Cause: The relay on this PCB is the one that activates the pump; if it gets stuck or remains open, the pump does not respond.

Listen for a click from the relay when requesting heating; if you don't hear it, check this before replacing the pump.

  • 02

The hot water does not have priority: the heating remains hot even when you open the tap.

Cause: The three-way valve depends on the signal from this relay on the PCB; if it fails, the valve does not switch.

Manually move the three-way valve to see if it works properly before blaming the relay.

  • 03

There is an attempt to start the pump or valve that is not completed.

Cause: The relay receives the command but does not keep the contact closed long enough.

Make sure that the connection screws of the module are properly tightened and free of rust before replacing the part.

  • 04

A fault code for the pump or the gas valve appears, which disappears after resetting, but returns.

Cause: This usually happens when a relay output starts to fail before it completely breaks down.

Note if the fault code always appears when requesting domestic hot water or heating; this helps to determine if the fault is in this relay or in another component.

CodeFaultDiagnosis and solution
05The boiler is not communicating with the remote control panel. It could be a problem with the control board or the cable that connects to the boiler. Check that the cables are properly connected and that there is power. If everything is correct but it still doesn't work, replace the control board.
51Fault in the PCB of the boilerThe main PCB has an internal issue, such as a control fault or a relay problem. Check that 230 V is reaching it, as well as 5/24 V on the board and the connectors. If everything else is fine and the problem persists, the board needs to be replaced.
53Memory error on the PCBThe EEPROM memory of the PCB is damaged or corrupted. Try reprogramming the parameters from the technical menu. If the error reappears or the changes are not saved, the board needs to be replaced.
54Error in the settings of the PCB.The parameters of the PCB are misconfigured, something common after a change or reset. Check and load the correct gas and power parameters. If it does not accept them or they are lost, the PCB is faulty and needs to be replaced.
55Error in the settings of the PCB (parameters S)There is an error in the configuration of the S parameters on the PCB. Check and reload these parameters. If the error persists after configuring them, the PCB is damaged and needs to be replaced.
59Fault in the PCB of the boilerThe control electronics detect a generic fault. If the peripherals and wiring are fine, the cause is the PCB and it needs to be replaced.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
