Guide

How to check if the ref. 20069514 is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 20069514. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the PCB 20069514 resolves.

The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The screen remains blank, but the boiler is working (fan, ignition noise).

Cause: The module only displays information; if it fails, the control board may continue to operate without anything being visible on the screen.

Check that the 3-wire connector between the display and the PCB is properly seated and free of oxidation before replacing it.

  • 02

The display is flickering, showing stripes or random symbols instead of the normal information.

Cause: This indicates a communication problem through the 3-wire connector between the display and the control board.

Check the condition of the three wires of the connector and ensure there is no moisture in the area of the front panel.

  • 03

The display does not turn on at all, not even for a second.

Cause: It could be the LCD module itself or that it is not receiving power from the main PCB.

Check that the boiler has power and that the fuse on the main PCB is fine before holding the display responsible.

  • 04

Communication with the control board is intermittently lost and the screen restarts by itself.

Cause: The 3-wire connector is the only channel between the display and the control electronics; a poor connection causes repeated interruptions.

Carefully move the connector with the boiler on to see if the cut occurs immediately.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
