Guide

How to check if it is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the PCB (control board) resolves

The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The boiler does not ignite, there is no indicator or display, and it does not respond to anything.

Cause: The PCB does not supply power to the control circuits of the unit.

Check that the connector and layout of your original PCB match this one (PM-02), and check the internal fuse.

  • 02

The auxiliary output does not power the peripheral it should (fan, sensor).

Cause: If that output fails, the component that depends on it will be without power even though the boiler has mains voltage.

Measure with the multimeter if there is current at the 12V output before replacing the entire PCB.

  • 03

The fault code changes without a clear pattern every time it is reset.

Cause: The control electronics misinterpret the connected signals and generate inconsistent readings.

Note the codes and reset a couple of times to see if the fault is always the same.

  • 04

The boiler starts and stops by itself after a few seconds.

Cause: The PCB cuts off the supply for safety when it does not receive the flame signal properly.

Check the ionization electrode and its wiring before replacing the PCB.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
